Laura's Gourmet, LLC, the sister company to Celebrated Cuisine, is owned by Chef Laura Slama. Providing great tasting granola to Arizona since 2004, and beginning regional and national expansion in 2007, Laura's Gourmet Granola is now easier to find than ever.

A Little History
Taking the advice of her best friend, Chef Laura began selling Vanilla Almond Crunch to local retailers in 2004. Pumpkin Pecan Crunch (think granola that channels pumpkin pie), soon joined Vanilla Almond on the shelf. In 2007, Honey Roasted Peanut Crunch joined the crew, and consumers everywhere were enjoying the great taste of "peanut butter cookie meets peanut brittle, with a conscience!"

And as of August 2008.....
Laura's Gourmet introduced the newest addition to the Laura's Gourmet Granola family, AppleLicious Crunch! Chef Laura was planning to name it Dutch Apple Crunch, until her daughter Madeleine flexed her marketing muscle. "Mommy," she said (she won't call me "chef"), "you should call it AppleLicious, 'cause it's Deeee- Licious!" And that's how AppleLicious Crunch came to be.

AppleLicious Crunch joined veterans Vanilla Almond Crunch, Honey Roasted Peanut Crunch, and Pumpkin Pecan Crunch on store shelves only a year ago but is now the fastest growing flavor.

Which Flavor Are You?
Chef Laura knows that everyone has a preference when it comes to granola - so taste them all and then decide, "which flavor are you?"
- Some people are Vanilla, some are Pumpkin, there are definitely Peanut people and now there are AppleLicious people, too! Laura's Gourmet Granola .... which flavor are you?

    Hi Laura, Not sure if you remember me but I actually met you on a plane back in July when you were traveling to Philadelphia to visit your parents in New Jersey. You had let my boyfriend and I try some of your granola. It was great! So great that I went to the nearest Whole Foods in La Jolla when I got back to Cali. Thanks for telling me about your product. I have been spreading the word out here about it too J I even found the recipe on your website for the Laura’s Gourmet Granola and White Chocolate Chip Cookies and brought them to my book club last night.
