- 1 cup Tomatoes diced, fire roasted
- 2 each Red bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons Sherry vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt and pepper
